Qadraluk” (which means big white dog in Inuktitut) he was one of my original dogs from Igloolik. He was a very strong
dog that I originally used as a wheel dog at the back of the team when running double tandem, or in fan hitch. However
by accident one day when running fan hitch on Great Slave Lake I hooked him up to a long line and suddenly he
was at the front of the team. He responded to my voice commands and immediately became my lead dog.
